At Truffle India, we strive to ensure you love your curated fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure that all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original designer tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check & Approval

  Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and approve the pickup within 24-48 hours based on the eligibility of the items.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original Truffle India box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the invoice is included and the package is sealed for the courier.

• 4.
  Pickup & Refund

  Our logistics partner will collect the package from your doorstep, and once it passes our warehouse inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.
